Recording & Midi Sequencing Tuition
Composition is all about the sound that is made, not the notes on a page!
At HMA you will be encouraged to experiment with sounds, both traditional and electronic and in genres from classical through to drum and bass
We will use an Apple mac computer to record sounds and build compositions from scratch and then turn your ideas into professionally recorded CD's or transcribed scores for other musician's to play

have written, performed and recorded in many styles and can offer advice
about instrumentation, style and arrangement -
if you need it!
