Who Am I?

I'm an active and enthusiastic musician, playing piano, flute and singing since 1980.

I have played in several professional bands and orchestras covering styles as diverse as Classical, Latin, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Funk, House and Folk.

I studied GCSE and A Level Music and graduated in 1996 from Bretton Hall College of the University of Leeds attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Popular Music Studies and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education.

I moved from my home-town of Sheffield in 1996 to take up post as lecturer in Music Technology/ Media at Pembrokeshire College, specialising in performance and digital audio recording.

As well as my work setting up the recording facilities at Pembrokeshire College, I have set up my own digital recording studio (where you will be receiving lessons!) and have also performed in several bands around the local area.

I joined the teaching team of Haverfordwest Music Academy in 2005

I am really looking forward to having the opportunity of passing on my skills to you!
